Standardising a formatted business name

I am wanting to develop a font setting for our business
name and each time you either start to type the name or
use a shortcut key (in either Word or Excel), it
automatically applies the correct font. I have added our
business name to the dictionary, but it doesn't correct
the font....only advises if the spelling is incorrect.
e.g. if the the business name is MS Word Help
and "Word"is in size 14 bold font, how do I get that to
appear every time. Apologies, seems difficult to explain
this one....hope this makes sense....Thanks

Your best bet is to create a specific style for the font,
size, etc that you are wanting for your company name
under Styles and Formatting in the Format menu.

Click "Create New Style" in the Styles and Formatting
box. Here you can name your new style and then modify it
to meet your needs.

Click Modify
Format
Font

Here you can change the tabs or indents, etc as well.

You could also attach, which I prefer to do, a shortcut
key to this style. Under the same Format menu as above,
you will see "Shortcut key" at the bottom of the list.
This allows you to apply your new style with a simple
keystroke. So this style will be avaiable for you to use
at anytime, I would add this style to your normal
template.

I would think the only way you could apply a certain font
automatically is by changing the default font, but then
all the text in your document would appear in that font,
which doesn't sound like what you want. At least this
way, it only takes one keystroke it format your business
name as you want it.

Some else may have a better idea. Hope this helps you.
