Start Dates for Predesessors

MSPS 2003

Can I show a predesessors start and end dates in the successors tasks row
via any column available in the enterprise?

Sorry, no.
But in Project 2007 you can show the "Task Drivers"

To do this, go to the view menu and from the toolbars command, select
"Project Guide".
On the Project guide toolbar, select "Track" and then "See what is driving
the start date of a task"
The project guide on the left side will show the driving tasks. If you click
on the link in the name column you can find detail about the predecessor.
