start end date for report

I'm new with Access and am having a problem having the
start and end dates I have entered in a search form appear
on my report. The fields appear on my report, but the
dates I key into the search form are not prefilling into
my report. My fields are "startdate" and "enddate". Can
anybody give me some pointers. Thank you

If the form is open whilever the report is open, you can refer to it from
your report. The Control Source of the text box on the report would be:
=[Forms]![MyForm]![startdate]
