Start, Finish and Duration Changes in MS Project 2003?

Hi

We are using MS Project 2003.

I see the start, finish and duration in a project schedule changes with
respect to the project progress.

Why does this happen?

Hi,

When a task is done on an other time than the one scheduled, this must have
an influence on the tasks linked to it, so its start, finish and duration
have to adapt to reality.
If you want to keep track of the original schedule, you should save it as a
baseline (tools, tracking, save baseline) BEFORE starting tracking.
