I'm running Win XP SP2 with Office 2000 and Outlook 2003.
The 'E-mail' shortcut at the top of the start menu has stopped opening
Outlook. Instead, it opens the Internet Properties control panel window.
It is correctly set to 'Microsoft Office Outlook' in the Start Menu
properties, and Outlook is set as my default mail client.
The only KB article I've found relating to this (832177) refers to having
the problem after uninstalling Office 2003, which I have not done.
I've seen this problem on a few PCs, and the only solution I've found so far
is to reinstall Outlook.
Another symptom of this problem is that the right-click>send-to>mail
recipient command no longer works.
Anybody got any ideas?
