I need Outlook 2003 to start up in the Shortcuts view for a group of users.
There is a Office Online article that explains how to edit the registry to do
this (changing the value of the Wunderbar / BootModule key), but it doesn't
seem to really work. Outlook still starts in the view set as the default in
Tools > Options > Others > Advanced Options. Any Advice?
