In Groove 3.1 if you select a Powerpoint file and have the preview pain open
you are suppose to be able to preview the files. I clicked on the link which
then got me to downlowd a GrooveFileViewers2.grv after doing this I still
was not able to view the files. Am I correct in that this .grv file is old
and it has just loaded the overversion of the viewers?

Hi Marc,

From the description, I still do not understand your questio clearly.

Actuallay, in the File Tool in Groove, we can preview some files, such as
Word document, Excel workbook, PPT file (We can only see the first
presentation of the PPT), and so on.

However, not all file type can be recognized. For the .grv file, if we
preview it, it will list as the unreadable binary codes, such as:
"MIME-Vesion 1.0
"Content-Type: multipart/related; boundary="<<[[&&&]]>>"
<<[[&&&]]>>
Content-Type: application/WBXML; charset="us-ascii"
(null),0urn:groove.net:InjectorWrapperAccountGUIDgrooveIdentity://epv7m3csaxe3zxqn9r5hhif3uti9t75q@ResourceURLgrooveAccountManager:///SerializedAccountLocalDeviceURLsInjectorurn:groove.net:AccountDisplayNameShirley

Hope it will be helpful. If I misunderstand your meaning, please feel free
to let me know.

I have been using Groove for years with no problems but over the last week
several of my co-works and I can not use the audio function fdoing a co-edit
or presentation session. Audio works in the workspace, audio wizards have
been run, bu the audio push to talk button is grayed out in the co-edit or
presentation mode.
