Start the week on Monday

Hi

Having trouble with publisher 2002, I can’t get the week to start on Monday.
The regions are already set to UK, and the more puzzling fact is I managed it
last year and I haven’t changed the settings since?

Do you have the latest service pack for Publisher (i.e. Office)?
