start to start relation

How do I create start to start or finish to finish relation ?

At Task Information -> advanced -> Constraint Type , I could not defin
the relation like
1. Task A should start , when Task B starts or
2. Task A should finish when task N Finish.

Constraints are different from dependencies.
To change the dependency type, one easy way is to double click the
dependency/link line in the chart on the right side. It will display a
dialog box which allows you to set the dependency type and any lag.
An other way is to enter the information in the predecessor or successor
column. FS is a Finish to Start dependency, SS would be start to start.
