start up document

My problem started a few weeks ago. When I open Word a
blank evelope sized document appears instead of the blank
full page document that used to apear. I've tried
changing the size and saving and tried uninstalling and
reinstalling the program. Still having the problem.
Need help.

This newsgroup is for Access, the database product. You have changed the
normal.dot that Word uses.

Try posting your question to one of the Word newsgroups. Office - Word- New
Users maybe.
