I have WinXP Pro, MS office 2003 Professional w/ Small Business / Contact
Manager. I am experiencing 2 issues that may or may not be related:
Issue #1 (most Important) When I start the program, the program shows
everything but the preview pane (on the right) and hangs up. I get an
"error" message that says: Business Contact Manager--> The operation cannot
be performed because the object has been deleted-->OK I click OK and I get
the exact same message (always 2x's) - I click OK and then the program starts
up. The preview pane appears on the right and all seems to opearte normally.
Issue #2 There are approximately 100 message shortcust in my Quick Launch
Tool Bar. They appear to all have been created on 3/13/05 at 12:58PM. When
I click on the individual messages I get the following "exclamation" message:
Microsoft Office Outlook--> Can't open the file: C:\Documents and
Settings\"name" (my Name)\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explor... The
file may not exist, you may not have permission to open it, or it may be open
in another program. Right click the folder that contains the file, and then
click Properties to chreck your permissionsfor the folder.-->OK After
clicking OK it appears that I can read the mail/open attachments normally. I
cannot delete or move the messages out of the quick launch tool bar.
