Start up form as splash form

Hi. I have made a database and it start with showing a splash form.

Now, while watching the splash form, the Access window also shows
in the background. Is it possible to hide Access from the beginning and
then after, say three seconds, the Access window should show maximized.

Example, when I open my Word, Excel or Access 2007, it shows just that.

How can I make this happen at start up i my Application?
