My laptop will not open. It says the last program I downloaded is causing the problem, but I can't get it open to the XP Home screen to delete the program. I bought a recovery disk for $86 but the computer only accepts 3 out of the 4 disks
I was told to make a copy of my XP program on another computer. How do I do this? Is it a recovery or a reboot???
