I have followed these instructions as listed and get
these results?
If you can't see the full Startup path in the File
Locations dialog, click the Modify button. Word 2000 and
previous versions display the full path where it
says "Folder Name". In Word 2002 (unfortunately) you have
to pull down the arrow where it says "Look in" in order
to see the full path.
There is nothing in the start up folder and when I pull
down the arrow where it says look in it goes blank and
the end program box comes up and I have to end it?
Looking in the registry for:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0
\Word\Options\
"STARTUP-PATH"
There is no STARTUP-Path just StartupDilog???
You can find out where the "factory preset" Startup path
is by looking in the C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\Office\ directory
The start up folder is empty, I searched for start up
folders and they also appear to be empty????
Searching your hard disk for *.dot.
This lists the normal.dot and all the templates????
Any help would sure be appreciated.
Thank You
