start up with one form adn switchboard

I have an 2003 access database and i need for the database to start up with
both the switchboard and another main form open. Is there a way to have both
of them open at startup? i am sure there is a way, i just haven't been able
to findit,and you guys always can...

on your switchboard, on the open event add

docmd.OpenForm "formnamehere",acNormal,,,acFormEdit,acHidden
or what ever visible, edit mode, view mode you desire.
