Start week on Sunday in calendars

Im using Publisher 2002, all the calendar templates start the week on Monday.
How do I start the week on Sunday as in UK?

Make sure you have SP3 installed.

Once that's done, if it still isn't right, change your Locale in the
Regional Settings in the Control Panel to the USA.

Ive got SP3 and changed to USA
Unfortunatly that didnt work, do I have to reboot after changing to USA?

You shouldn't do, but it might be worth a try...

Did you try creating the calendar after installing SP3 but prior to
changing the locale to the USA?

Ive had SP3 for some time so a I only had to change locale.
Im trying to use 1 of the calendar templates but they all start on Mondays.
