Start WorkFlow Menu not displayed in Word 2007

I have deployed Office SharePoint Server 2007 and Office 2007 Enterprise
Trial on my system but this Start Workflow option is not displayed. Kindly
help out. I need to prove this to my Client that this menu will show
automatically once they deploy the two technology.

Or do i have to deploy full version of Office 2007 Enterprise Edition
instead of trial version?
