Can some one tell me how to get started using Office 97
how to enter name on a calendar for birthdays and be able
to print that month calendar also need to make a mailing
list to what is the best way.

If you make the birthdays Contact features in Outlook, they will appear in
the Calendar - to which you can also add other church events. I know it
works with Office 2000; I'm sure there must be something there in '97.

You can mail merge direct from Outlook into Word - just make sure the field
code names in Word match the ones in Outlook, rather than what you might
want to call them..

It's a case of getting your head down and playing with it. It's not too
difficult (else I couldn't do it!) and you can always come back to the ng's
if you get stuck.
