Starting MS Outlook 2003 I get popup "Microsoft LDAP Directory"

I upgraded from Office 2000 to Office 2003. The install seemed to go good,
but took forever and seemed like it hung up. I cancelled and started again.
This time I don't mess with it. It still took a long time. Now everytime I
start Outlook, I get a popup screen with the header "Microsoft LDAP
Directory". I can click "Cancel" or "OK" and it goes away. But I would like
to fix it where it won't come up everytime I start Outlook. I am a home user
- single computer - not on a network.
Thanks
