Starting Outlook

My mother tried to set up her Outlook and it did not work. I tried to set it
up now also and every time I try to open up Outlook it aks me for the
Microsoft Exchange Server information. I cannot get outlook to even open.
She has a simple home use for the email that she wants to connect and it is a
POP3 account. I cannot even get into Outlook to change the email settings.
Has anyone else had this problem?

Click Start>Control Panel>Mail>Show Profiles. Select the mail profile and
display its properties (exactly how is version-specific and you don't state
your Outlook verison). Remove the Exchange account and add the POP account.
