I have a multiple page document. I would like the footer, which says Page X
of Y to BEGIN on page 3. The first two pages of the document shouldn't have
a page number.
Surely this can be done. So how?
I tried following the Page Numbering instructions here
http://www.shaunakelly.com/word/concepts/pagenumbers/index.html and yet, I
cannot get it to work. My first two pages do still contain the footer and
the only thing I accomplished is to get it to start over on "1" on the third
page of my document. The first two pages still have "Page X of Y" in the
footer.
I click on the footer in page 3, look at set up and try to get it to apply
to "this section going forward" and yet, I see this footer throughout the
whole document.
Any ideas? Thanks!
