Startup bar

May I please ask if anyone would help me to get my start up button back to
the bottom of the screen where it belongs? I have tried for a week to do it
on my own and I am stuck. Thank you.

To unlock the taskbar

the Taskbar, which removes the check mark.

To move the taskbar
