Startup button changes - need to undo

I wanted to display a form when the database opened. I
selected Startup from the Tools list and changed the
available tool bars/options that would be available when
the database opened. But now I can't figure out how to
get into my database, as there does not seem to be any way
for me to get to anything beside the form. Any ideas?

Also, at Tools > Startup > Advanced, if the box is checked
for "Use Access Special Keys", press F11 to bring up the
database window (the one that lets you navigate forms,
tables, etc.).
