startup issue

My father is using word 2000. Every time that he starts word it starts with a template that it normally used within letter head. I have tried to search for normal.dot but it does not seem to be able to be found. Any clues.

How did you search? Are the options to suppress/hide known file
extensions and system/hidden folders/files unchecked?


Remove del for email
