startup module

Hello,

Could someone help me make a startup module. I want to use
values i've stored in tables. The tables are used to store
optionsettings for the database, because i don't want to
hardcode it in vba.
The following options are available, but can be changed if
a user opens the optionform in the switchboard.

1. importdirectory : e.g. C:\Import
2. exportdirectory : e.g. C:\export
3. formbackgrounddirectory : e.g. C:\Skins

I very like this to work, i'm struggling with it a while
and i don't know where to start.
