Startup of Microsoft Access and Toolbars

On my access file, I have taken away the toolbars upon
startup of the file...but, I want them back to make some
more changes and can't figure out how to get them back. I
have tried opening the file while holding down the shift
key, but that didn't help me.

Basically, I only have file, edit, insert, records,
window, and help available and need the rest of my options.

Holding down the shift key while hitting ok at my password
worked...thanks for the help :O)
