Startup Parameters of the db

Hi everybody
In the Tools->Startup if I deselect "Use Access Special Keys" and the rest
of "Allow...", then close the db and then re-open, i can only see my Form.
The question is - how can i undo these startup settings to get back the
access to the database window and all the rest of the options?

Hold down <shift> while opening the file.
