Startup/problem 00086768.exe showsup on statrup. How to delete?

Ever since I installed Office Professional 2007, I get a popup saying "
component can't be launched, unable t find 00086768.exe" I have no idea what
this is and also get reference to MS097.DLL. I uninstalled 2007 and then
uninstalled Office 97. Can anyone help?
