Startup Properties

I cleared the Allow Full Menus box on the Startup tab, and tested my
application, was OK. Later on I had some modifications to make. How do I
reinstate Full Menus again please because the Tools menu no longer exists?

Hold down the shift key while you launch your database. That should bypass
the startup options.
