startup templates at runtime

Hello,

I need to be able to copy a template in startup folder to allow another menu
for a group of users. Whereas when i copied there, its showing new menu to
ALL users. I am trying to find a way of loading a menu for a group of users -
without having to setup different templates startup locations ...

is there a way to load startup template at run-time ?

or update "Templates And Addins" setting from a code ?

Can anyone help ?

I am afraid I do not quite get your situation.

If you want different users to have a different start-up content, then you
need different start-up locations.

How are your groups of users defined?
