Static data retrieval in Excel based on time

I have a DDE link which I use to dynamically retrieve
various stock market quotes from via a Reuters qoute
feed. How can I retrieve specific qoutes (either directly
from Reuters or from a cell in Excel) on a predetermined
automated "timed basis". In other words I would want the
program to be able to retrieve and maintain the price
of "XYZ" at 10:00, 10:10, 10:20, etc ...
