Stationary - Auto size without left margin?

I want to 1) get rid of the red left margin line and 2) have the stationary
go on indefinitely as it does in the "Auto" setting under Page Setup. My
understanding is I need to go to the "Custom" setting to get rid of the
margin, but when I do that I don't see an option for an indefinite page. I
could have 2 8.5"x11" pages (max of 22" long), but my notes for a meeting
often go beyond two pages and I'd like my notes for a specific meeting all on
one tab. Any suggestions?

Keep the page size on "Auto". This will give you the indefinite length
(i.e. the multiple pages). Just be careful about not writing too far into
the right side of the page. This should give you what you want.
