STATIONARY in ONENOTE PAGES

If I Email a ONENOTE page to a friend via OUTLOOK the content is there but
the background stationary is missing. Does anyone know how to fix this.

Thank you for taking time to answer us.
We am using a stationary we downloaded from the Microsoft Office Web Site.
It is called "yellow colleg-lined notebook" and we did not modify it.

Is the stationery installed on the receiver's computer?

Yes. In fact I tried sending and email to myself, using Outlook, and the body
of the Email I recieve does not have the stationary. Again, thanks for your
efforts to help me understand.
