Stationary not sent with message

In composing a message using a stationary in outlook and selecting a SMILEY
the message is not received showing the stationary and an xin the box where
the SMIELY is supposed to be. Message sent in HTML. The same result when I
open the sent message in my sent message folder.

the SMIELY is supposed to be. The message sent in HTML. I get the same resulet when I
open that same message when it is in my " sent message folder".
