How can I apply a "fill in the blank" type line in a
letter that doesn't move when you add the name and such.
I was hoping not to have to use a template type document.
I thought there was a way of doing that but having a hard
time finding how. Any help would be appreciated!

Hi Marie,

The underscore is just a font character and therefore
moves when you try to type in the blank. You probably
have to use a graphic line. To do this, select the line
icon from the drawing toolbar. Click and drag to make the
line. This line is graphically put on the page and does
not move with added text.
