Stationery created in outlook looks great, outlook express shows it as plain text tho?

I just created some stationery in Outlook 2003 using dreamweaver. I placed
the html file along with a single graphic into the stationery folder and
made sure there were no absoulte path references in the HTML code.

In Outlook I could then select the stationery and it looks perfect. Test
emails sent to myself appear perfect in outlook.

I sent a test email via Outlook 2003 and received the email in Outlook
Express but it displays it as plain text???

in outlook express I selected the same stationery as outlook and sent a test
email to myself which looked fine in outlook express and outlook.

So

Outlook to Outlook express = Plain text
Outlook Express to all = perfect HTML
Outlook to Outlook = perfect.HTML

Anybody explain why outlook express cant view my new created Outlook 2003
stationery as HTML?

Sorry for the waffle above but I wanted to get it all down.

Thanks

Obvious I know but hav you set your Outlook to send and receive HTML?

I have another similar problem. Having created stationery using the
Word editing facility in Outlook, one line of text that looks fine in
the Word window comes up in Times font when I open a new message window
in Outlook. If I click to reply to an inomming message the font comes
up as correct, but the point size is changed. I also find that the
stationery made in Word can only accommodate one hyperlink. If I put
in a secod it cancels out the first.

If anybody has any suggestions about these issues please let me know.
