Hello,
The first problem I am having has to do with Stationery. When I create a
message in Outlook XP and apply a stationery, everything looks okay.
However, when the message is sent the stationery becomes an attachment with
plain text in the body. I have checked this by sending messages to myself
and it happens every time. If someone sends me a message that contains
stationery, it appears as normal and the reply I send to them contains the
stationery as normal. I have tried to find the answer, but cannot. Does
anyone have any suggestions?
The other problem I am having has to do with line breaks. When I create the
message, everything looks fine. When the recipient gets the message, where I
have pressed enter to stop a paragraph or line, then began typing again,
there is a single line space. If, in my typing, I press enter to end the
paragraph and add an extra line to add space between the paragraphs, the
recipient of my message sees 2 blank lines between the text.
********************************************
For example-recipient view:
hi. how are you? (I press enter once)
1
I hope you are doing well.
or
hi. how are you? (I press enter to create a blank line between the
paragraphs)
1
2
I hope you are doing well.
************************************************
I don't know if this makes sense, but it is annoying, though I can work
around it.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
