for Access. IE. Central Tendencies: Mean, Median,
GeoMean; Standard Deviation; Average Deviation; etc? Or
is one left with programming them?

You can output data to Excel and run statistical functions. At least one
company FMS, inc. has an excellent Access statistics package:
