Statistical functions

Is there a reference available in Access to activate
statistical functions, like slope, gradient, domicile, etc?

Also, is there a way to extract from a polynomial the a
and the b values from ax2 + bx + c? I need this in Excel
too??

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
