We have just started trying to use, the Status Manager field to assign
groups of tasks to different and we find that whomever opens the project plan
has their name backfilled into all the tasks. i.e. PM A builds a plan and
publishes it. PM B opens the plan and all tasks show their name as a default
condition. So how do they select their name to ssign it to a task? I tried to
click on my name and a Publish with my name displayed but it had reverted to
the owner when the file was reopened.
We held off from using Status Managers with the previous bug and we thought
it was fixed. Now my hope is I'm doing something incorrect and there is a
simple fix. Hope, hope.....
