Status Report Issue - Very strange behaviour

As the PMO I setup a weekly status report for our PLs to report thei
progress. I am receiving the status reports from everyone except tw
PLs, eventhough they submitt their reports on time.

We checked their access rights and all. We haven't get any clue why th
status reports of this two PLs are not appearing on my status repor
page.

Kindly anyone can tell what may be the possible reasons for thi
problem ?
Let me rephrase my question, what element is preventing their statu
reports on appearing on my PWA ?

Please help.....

Rayis,

Check your RBS (Resource Breakdown Structure - Enterprise Resource code 30).
Have these two people been defined. Do they show up under the PMO? Also are
the RBS settings defined within your solution.
