Status Report Page Issues

Hello,

I have had a few users report that they are not able to complete a
Status Report on PWA. The page loads with the template for the Status
Report; however, all of the sections in the Status Report appear with
an X (as in the images not rendering).

This is not an enterprise-wide issue, as the majority of users do not
have the issue. Any advice on the exact issue and a resolution for
these users?

What version of Project Server are you using? What browser version and OS
for the affected users?

Wendy,

Make sure the users are using IE 6+ and have tried clearing temporary
internet files. Also try reloading the active x control on the
affected workstations.

Is it possible that the users seeing the problem are using Vista?

Under Vista, the ActiveX DHTML Editing Control that is used by the Status
Reports feature will not load due to security restrictions. If this is the
case, these users will have to wait for some kind of Service Pack for
Project Server 2003 to address this issue.
