Status Report Problem

All of our people send in a Status Report each Friday. I can pull up the
Compiled Team Status Report and it shows what they sent in individually.
However, with the exception of one person, the icon for their individual
report indicates they haven't sent anything in (a ? in a grey document
image). If I click on any one of these it says that a report has not been
sent in by this person for this time frame. It has and it is in the compiled
team report.

So, how do I get it to refresh and show those that actually have been sent
in?

This is causing an additional problem. It says I have 9 new reports to
accept but since all the icons are the same (showing nothing is sent in
except for one person) I don't know where they are (which time frame).

If you look at the very bottom of the Status Reports Overview page, is there
a section for "Unmatched Status Reports?" Let us know.

I had a few of those but I matched them to the person and time frame. And
they don't account for hte volume.

The Team Compile Reports (row across the top) has everyone's status reports
in them. The next row is for Mike. All of his icons show that his reports
are there and I can click on them and pull up his individual reports.

For everyone else as far back as we have been collecting reports it shows
that no one has turned in any reports. But they ARE in the Team Compiled
Reports for those time frames. You can see what I'm talking about from a

Any ideas?

I've never encountered this problem, so I'm fresh out of ideas. Perhaps
someone else has a thought for you. Sorry.

This may sound silly, but can u create another status report and see if the
problem remains? let another PM create a status report and check if the
he/she faces this problem or not
