Status Report Reponse via email

Hi there,

Is it possible to have status reports, submitted to the manager, sent to his
email address in addition to recieving notification of the reponse? So he'll
receive an email notifying him that a resource has reponded to his request as
well as a mail with the contents of the status report?

If this is not possible, is there a way to send a direct link to view the
status report response in the notification mail?
