Where do we define the template used when we request a
new status report. We need to customize it to our
requirements.

I have the same requirement.
I want to change the format of the report from:
Objectives
user 1
user 2
etc.
Hot Items
user 1
user 2
etc.

To:
User 1
Objectives
Hot Items
User 2
Objectives
Hot Items
Etc.
