Status Report View Project Server 2003

In Project Server 2003, I want to allow my manager to view the weekly status
reports that my team members submit to me. How do I set that up. I can't
find anything in the documentation. Maybe I've just missed it.

Ike --

There is no default method in Project Server to accomplish this. We
recomend that you save the consolidated Status Report as an HTML file and
e-mail it to your manager. Hope this helps.

That would work great if we could modify the format/template of the
consolidated report. What we want is the following format:
Objectives
user 1
user 2
etc.
Hot Items
user 1
user 2
etc.

To:
User 1
Objectives
Hot Items
User 2
Objectives
Hot Items
Etc.

How can we modify this?
