According to the SP2 documentation:
"Consider this scenario. Your manager creates a period status report, and
you submit a report. Later, your manager deletes the status report request.
However, you continue to see the periodic request for the status report. If
you try to open one of the requests, you see the message "You do not have
sufficient permissions to view the specified pagConsider this scenario. Your

I have applied SP2 and I still have status reports within the environment
where the PM deleted the repeating request. I am also unable to delete the
requests, as I see the "You do not have sufficient permissions to view the
specified page" error.
This issue showed up with a contactor who was in the system, left, then came
back 2 months later.
Steps used to replicate the error:
1. Add user via AD
2. Create Status Report request
3. Delete User in AD
4. Add user back to AD with the same account name and login name
5. Add user via AD
