Status Reports Buggy and Unusable for Us

Although the status reports in Project Server don't seem too complicated to
implement, they have so many problems that our users have reverted to just
using email.

We are experiencing the following issues:

1. Even after removing a user from the status report request, they STILL get
the status report reminders from that manager, indefinitely.

2. One of our managers' status report quit receiving reports. He receives
the email notification that one was received, but they never show up in the
interface so he can't view them.

3. Some people cannot export the status reports to MS Word. It gives them
an error: "The ActiveX control used to export data to Word has failed to be
created and this action cannot be completed. Please contact your
administrator for assistance" (He is Using Word 2003)

4. Some users fill out the report, click send, and it not only doesn't
send, but they loose everything they just typed/pasted in the fields. If
they try it a second time, it works.

Our users are all on IE6/7, and Windows XP

I have searched for solutions to these problems but have not found any
answers, can somebody please help???

Thanks!

For the issue #3, I can confirm that SP1 does fix this issue. There is a new
ActiveX control that was released with SP1 that corrects the issue.
