Status Reports "Export to Word" Feature not working in PS07

The "Export to Word" button in PS07 Status Reports looks promising but
results in the following on both our test machines (one XP one Vista, both
with Word 07). Any suggestions? Thanks.

"The ActiveX control used to export data to Word has failed to be created
and this action cannot be completed. Please contact your administrator for
assistance."

Well, yes, I would imagine so. Any guesses what might be amiss? I've
checked everything related to ActiveX controls and they're all either enabled
or prompt. Is it an add-on that I need to load or check somehow? Thanks.

Status reports do not function correctly on Vista because the control that
they rely on was deprecated in Vista. Is PWA in the trusted sites? Have you
set the level to low for trusted sites? Do you allow unsigned Active X? Some
thoughts.

I was aware that the status report control didn't work on Vista in PS03, but
this is PS07 -- and we're seeing the same behavior on XP. Yes PWA is a
trusted site, and yes the security level is "Low". Yes I allow (prompt for)
unsigned ActiveX. At this point I'm focusing on more serious deficiencies in
PS07 so this will take a back seat. Thanks.

Did you end up resolving this problem with exporting status reports to Word?
Installing SP1 is said to fix the problem but it certainly hasn't done the
trick here.

tks
