STatus reports hanging again

My PC was recently upgraded with a new hard-drive running XP SP2. WHen I
went into PWA to complete a status report, IE froze and navigating through
the report was pretty much impossible. I know there was a patch (912945)
that fixes this issue. However, I was told by the group that upgraded my PC
that the latest hotfixes for Windows made this patch unecessary. AFter
poking around on Microsoft's site, we thought that perhaps 912981 addressed
this issue and needed to be installed but it turns out this patch was already
installed. Does anyone have any ideas??

Do you have a pop-up blocker installed on your new PC?

Kevin- the pop-up blocker is enabled in IE but our PWA site is listed as a
site to allow pop-ups.
